Job Description

The Role

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role at the heart of our operations. You will work directly with major exhibitors, independent cinemas and a wide range of partners to make sure Cinematik releases run smoothly from booking through to box office.

You will be the main contact for our cinema partners, building relationships, solving problems, and making every screening a success. You will also have the chance to shape how we engage audiences online, contribute to the evolution of our platform, and represent Cinematik at industry events.

It is a rare opportunity to work across the full spectrum of the UK cinema landscape, from programming and distribution to marketing and data, in a role where no two days are ever the same.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management – Up to two evenings per month for Cinematik events, with time off in lieu provided
  • Secure and manage theatrical bookings for Cinematik releases across our cinema network
  • Act as the primary contact for partner cinemas, ensuring smooth delivery of all screenings
  • Onboard new venues, grow our exhibitor network, and champion our platform at industry events
  • Work with programming, distribution, and marketing colleagues to maximise audience reach
  • Produce detailed reports and insights for clients and the wider industry
  • Contribute to the development and testing of the Cinematik platform, providing product feedback
  • Support audience development initiatives and digital engagement strategies
