Job Description
We are looking for a Theatre Technician to work alongside and support our Theatre Technical Manager and Director of Drama. The Theatre Technician will have experience in set construction and technical theatre, with a good understanding of tool safety, stage management and health and safety practices. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and demonstrate good communication and organisational skills.
Candidates should have a passion for technical theatre and a willingness to take initiative when working on large scale theatrical projects.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch, 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. The employee must be prepared to work flexible hours in and around productions.
