In this role you will:

• Lead the planning and delivery of Community Growing Projects (e.g. Grow Club, Herb Club);
• Develop and deliver family and school holiday programmes (e.g. Explore the Wild, HAF);
• Manage communications (website, newsletter, social media);
• Evaluate and report on impact for funders and internal learning;
• Serve as a named Safeguarding Officer and uphold safeguarding best practices.
• Support development of new programming based on community needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced in coordinating or producing community-based programmes
• A strong communicator with great people skills
• Highly organised and confident managing projects, budgets and timelines
• Committed to equity, inclusion and safeguarding
• Creative and proactive – ready to shape ideas and try new things
• Passionate about food, nature, community and collaborative working
