Job Description

Ammonite Studios, a global creative and technical studio are looking for a fantastic full-time Studio Manager/EA to join the team in our Hatton Garden office. With some flexibility for remote work 1-2 days a week, the Studio Manager will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the whole studio, with specific EA responsibilities to the director. This role requires someone who enjoys organisational and administrative tasks, is confident and personable when communicating, over the phone or email and who enjoys multi-tasking. You must have the ability to prioritise workload and forward plan in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A passion for theatre and the event industry preferred but not essential.

  • Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility allowed
  • Holiday: 20 days per annum (bank holidays are in addition to this)
  • Probationary period: 3 months
  • Notice period: 8 weeks
  • Following 12 weeks’ service and a successful probationary period, you will be automatically enrolled into the NEST pension scheme.

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field desired, but not essential

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
  • Experience in preparing reports, contracts and financial documents
  • Ability to work well within a small multi skilled team

Desirable Skills:

  • Executive Administrative Assistant and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in the theatre, live events, or exhibition industry

Person Specification:

  • Enthusiasm for theatre and the arts
  • Excellent IT skills including Spark, Slack, Word, Excel, Google Suite
  • Excellent written and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work with tact, diplomacy and complete confidentiality
