Location: Hybrid (Remote and London)

Working hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,190 – £37,487 per annum (including London Weighting)
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all engagement initiatives for the Membership & Individual Giving programmes including marketing, communications, and events, playing a crucial role in achieving The Courtauld’s ambitious fundraising goals and growing our loyal audience base.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the Advancement team and wider organisation to deliver an exceptional standard of membership experience to foster loyalty and increase lifetime member value.
Job Requirements
We’re seeking an organised and engaging professional to support with regular marketing communications and events delivery for the Advancement division’s Membership and Individual Giving team.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all Membership & Individual Giving enquiries and maintain accurate records on the departmental databases
- Support with marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and retention of supporters to maximize engagement and revenue
- Deliver marketing collateral and content to increase brand awareness and boost conversion and loyalty
- Coordinate e-communications, including monthly e-newsletters, event communications, renewal notices, and e-/direct mail campaigns
- Work with Advancement colleagues to create and manage engaging events for members, patrons, and donors, including handling communications, invitations, guest lists, and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
