Job Description
To act as Head of Stage on the Chinese tour of the hit UK production of Murder on the Orient Express, directed by Lucy Bailey.
The production tours China from 20 September – 12 December 2025.
Job Responsibilities
Must be able to lead a get in, fit up and get out and take charge of the set aspect of the move
Must liaise with all other depts to ensure smooth running of such
Must be proactive in maintaining of scenic elements
Must be able to think on their feet in a sometimes challenging environment and keep composure under pressure showing patience and clarity of instruction
Must have tools and an ability to see and address technical faults and problems. Knowledge of revolves recommended
Have a hands on approach to making sure all depts are on schedule, showing a willingness to help out where required.
Will have a show track and must be able to work under the SM after the handover from fit up to show running
Will be responsible for H&S during in and out
Will be responsible for the safe and secure packing of the set containers on the get out
