We are seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated workshops facilitators to join our team and facilitate our Anti-Bullying Drama Workshops for Primary Schools.

Workshops are 45-60 minutes in length, tailored to the year group you are working with, and are either facilitated with a large group of students, or one class at a time. Full training is provided.

We are seeking reliable facilitators that are happy to work independently.

We are seeking facilitators in the following areas:

  • London (and surrounding counties)
  • West Midlands
  • East Midlands
  • Manchester and the North
  • Newcastle

As a workshops facilitator, you will travel to schools with a small number of travel-friendly resources for the visit. We have several facilitators situated throughout the country to minimise journey times wherever possible.

We are seeking facilitators with good availability in the following weeks:

  • W/C 3rd November 2025
  • W/C 10th November 2025
  • W/C 17th November 2025
  • W/C 24th November 2025

This is a freelance role. During the above dates, you’ll typically facilitate at least 2 – 3 days a week with the option of taking on more dates around your other commitments. There is also the option of taking on further work in September and October, dependent on your availability.

Facilitators may also need to attend a paid observation day (TBC) to see the workshops being facilitated and deliver the final workshop of the day.

All performances and workshops are within the school day (Usually 8am – 3:30pm)

Fees are:
£100 for a half day
£150 – £160 for a full day.
Plus travel contributions.

Most days are full days.

Job Requirements

Essential:

  • Based in London (or surrounding counties), East Midlands, West Midlands, Manchester and the North.
  • Confident in journey planning and travelling to a variety of locations.
  • Experience of working with large groups of primary aged students, at least 25 students in one group at a time.
  • Reliable with a proven track record of working independently.
  • See the value of working with children and young people to help them to live successful, happy lives, by using drama and theatre as a tool to do this.
  • Willing to travel in your own vehicle, or another suitable form of transport.
  • Positive attitude.
  • A current enhanced DBS check. (Within 3 years, or on the update service.) If you need to have one processed, we can arrange this at your own cost.
  • Laptop with PowerPoint (Offline Version)
  • Bluetooth Speaker (Small, used as a backup)

Desirable:

  • Experience performing/facilitating with a large group of young people – Up to 120 students.
