Job Summary
Job Description
The Head of Sales & Makreting leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre’s whole offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with organisational, enhancing brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with the Insight and Impact Manager, Box Office Manager and AD Brand and Revenue Growth to use data to maximise growth and profit opportunities, across the organisation.
- Lead branding efforts to enhance the theatre’s reputation locally and nationally.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local organisations, partners and stakeholders to grow, develop and diversify Norwich Theatre
Job Requirements
You are likely to have significant experience in sales, with a strong record of achieving goals and driving success, together with experience in marketing campaigns and knowledge of communications for the purpose of brand promotion, sales or audience/customer base development.
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance, whilst promoting an inclusive positive working culture will be key for this role.
An interest in the arts is always a bonus!
