The Musical Theatre Department seeks to appoint a suitably qualified candidate to an hourly paid, part-time permanent teaching position with effect from 8th September 2025 who can deliver Acting tuition in the following areas: Acting-through-song. Teaching.

Teaching Hours negotiated yearly | 4 – 4.5 hours a week

Salary £45.15 – £52.76 per hour

Post Type : Hourly-paid

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing Date: 23.59 hours BST on Sunday 06 July 2025

Job Requirements

Able to teach to an exceptional level of technical competency, they will also demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational abilities, be able to provide effective support for individual student needs and have the capability to deal with a busy and varied workload within a highly creative environment.

The successful candidate will have proven higher education teaching experience, strong or emerging research interests in musical theatre, outstanding communication and organisational abilities, excellent IT skills and the capability to deal with a busy and varied workload, within a highly creative environment.
