Global Digital and Social
Job Summary
Job Description
We’re looking for a switched-on, creative, and highly organised Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to work closely with the Head of Global Digital, assisting in the day-to-day delivery of social and digital content across a slate of high-profile theatrical productions – including SIX, The Choir of Man, 42 Balloons, and The Traitors: Live Experience.
This is a rare opportunity to join the team behind some of the most successful and exciting theatre productions in the UK. We’ve led the digital and social presence of SIX the Musical since the very beginning – helping build one of the most passionate and engaged fan communities in theatre today. From launching 42 Balloons and The Traitors: Live Experience with distinctive digital brands, to growing The Choir of Man into a West End hit, we’ve been there at every stage – shaping how each show connects with its fans online.
As a tight-knit team, we work collaboratively and move quickly. This role will support the Head of Global Digital in executing a wide variety of social and digital tasks – from editing fast-turnaround videos and suggesting trend-led content ideas, to keeping our files in check and staying on top of DMs.
If you’re someone who lives and breathes social media, knows your way around Final Cut Pro, and wants to be part of the team shaping how theatre lives online – we’d love to hear from you.
Job Requirements
- Skilled in Final Cut Pro (non-negotiable) – you can turn around smart, social-ready edits quickly and independently.
- Fluent in social media – especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Confident with Photoshop or Pixelmator for simple design tasks.
- Experience in theatre, live events, or entertainment.
- A capable self-shooter using DSLR or mirrorless cameras (or high-end phone rigs).
- Super organised and detail-focused – you love tidy folders and clear file names.
- A good communicator, comfortable working with cast, crew, creatives and marketing teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and full of ideas.
- Takes initiative and works confidently on their own – keeps things moving without needing constant input.
- Ready to jump on a train to film something brilliant at short notice.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and editing styles.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility (e.g. best practices for captions and subtitling).
