Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Hospitality Team as we prepare to open our new public bar-eatery in late summer 2025. The new venue at 11 Market Street will be open to the public and theatregoers seven-days a week.
Job Description
Successful candidates will effectively support all aspects of the commercial operation, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety and maximising of sales across all products, outlets and operating periods at the Theatre Royal. They will also provide back office support for the ancillary sales operation as required.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Proven or demonstrable hospitality experience at a similar level.
- Demonstrable experience of effective management within a similar role.
- Experience of managing Food Safety, Health and Safety & Licensing, Fire Safety legislation compliance and best practice within a hospitality setting.
- Experience of supporting in-house training programmes.
