The modern media landscape is ever-changing and we are looking for someone to join the team to help us seek out exciting new contacts and working relationships with influential voices from the world of online and social media. This includes influencers, podcasters, youtubers, bloggers, vloggers and important voices from the worlds of theatre through to fashion, music through to gaming.
Under the guidance of the PR Directors the role will focus on developing the agency’s influencer, podcast and online network and is largely a desk-based research position. The person will be required to research contacts in specific areas and develop targeted media lists to be implemented across the Publicists campaign work. Other responsibilities will include assisting in the creation and implementation of events for potential new contacts and development of case studies around this work. The person will be required to manage guestlists, track coverage and update clients as required.
The individual should be highly organised with good research skills and have a passion for arts and culture.

Remuneration, benefits and holiday entitlement:
- Part-time, Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week. Spread of hours across the week open for discussion.
- 6 month contract
- Salary – £1,060 gross per month for 20 hours per week
- Responsible to the Directors and Publicists
Job Requirements
Person specification:
- An excellent understanding of social media platforms and experience in their use
- A knowledge of current influencers on digital platforms and their audiences
- Able to create meaningful working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Experience of Cision Media Database is desirable but not essential
- Have sound administrative skills, excellent organisation and time management
- Have a positive attitude in their approach to all tasks and a willingness to learn
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Can adapt quickly and easily when required
- Flexible approach to work with ability to attend evening and weekend events as required.
- Some experience of Google Workspace is desirable
