Temporary Marketing Support Officer
Fixed-Term: 9 June – 8 August 2025
As we prepare for the busy Christmas season, we’re seeking short-term support within the marketing team at Crossroads Pantomimes.
This temporary role exists to cover some aspects of a vacancy which will be permanently filled in due course. It would suit a capable administrator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Indicative tasks include supporting the Head of Marketing with:
- Co-ordinating cast and theatre availability for on-site press launch events at partner venues;
- Organising travel, accommodation, and logistics for cast and team members;
- Organising and attending photoshoots with cast members;
- Diarising and co-ordinating ad-hoc media interviews;
- Collating cast and creative biographies and editing into house style;
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the marketing department;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This is an office-based role, located at our Covent Garden, London office.
Usual office hours are 10am until 6pm Monday to Friday.
Remuneration: £2,800 per month
