Job Description
Role: Freelance Specialist Trauma Case Manager for Creative Professional
Contract length:Temporary contract with immediate start (Mon 2 June 2025) for 6-months, through to the end of November. Following assessment of the role’s efficacy, this post is to be reviewed with regards to indefinite extension.
Rate of pay: £30 per hour. This is a self-employed role as ‘Support Worker’ paid for by Access To Work. Payment occurs monthly following invoicing to Access To Work.
Hours:7hrs per week for June & July, changing to 6hrs per week for the remainder of the contract.
Working hours:Flexible to the Creative Professionals needs. Regular daytime/afternoon check-in time required with the Creative Professional. The Creative Professional doesn’t work in the mornings, so meetings and dialogues in the afternoon are necessary. Some evenings/weekend check-ins may be required.
Probationary:6-weeks.
Place of work: hybrid. Remote working with in-person meetings required at the Creative Professionals location in Barnet, North London, with expenses and travel time paid.
Summary:
The Specialist Trauma Case Manager role sits within a wider team of three key Support Workers engaged by the Creative Professional.
The Creative Professional is experiencing a period of ill-health at the moment. They are taking a break from work in the short term in order to get some much needed rest and recovery time, away from the constraints and tensions of work. The Creative Professional and their support team are looking for somebody who can come on board for a temporary period who can support them as a Specialist Trauma Case Manager.
