Job Summary

We’re looking for a personable and proactive individual, with Front of House experience, to be our part-time Front of House Supervisor.

Job Description

Part-time: 7.5 per week (Additional hours available for Duty Manager shifts)

Salary: £12.21 p/hr

Employer pension contribution up to 6%

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Direct reports: Casual FOH Staff

Are you a customer-focused leader with experience in visitor services, theatre FOH, or box office operations? Do you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, training teams, and improving customer experiences?

The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional visitor experiences, smooth ticketing operations, and team coordination. You’ll oversee a team of ~8 casual FOH staff, act as the primary point of contact for customer service, and standardise best working practices to maintain high presentation standards across all public-facing areas.

If you have great communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience with major service industry brands or national arts venues, this role is for you. You have an objective eye, attention to detail, and understand that consistency is key to best practice.
